2014 Oct 21st interview with soul guitarist Tony Drake by Stephen Jacobs. Tony studied classical guitar in the Dawkins Conservatory of Music, toured with groups in the 60’s in the Bay Area. In the 70’s, Tony joined 20th Century Fox Studies and became a staff musician, recording and touring with many famous groups and singers. These groups include the Fifth Dimension, Marvin Gaye, Barry White, Ray Charles, Nancy Wilson Checkmates, Herb Alpert and a host of others. Later he performed with his wife, Lisa Gaye, in the Las Vegas area.
